We keep pushing!
We consider ourselves fortunate. Since July of last year (without having the slightest idea of what was coming), we put a series of measures and processes in place to improve our net performance and adapt to better schedule control.
Solutions such as Myhours, Trello, and FreshDesk have anchored in our particular port of tools along with others that we already used regularly. And with great success! We can’t imagine working without them right now.
Result: We adapted very quickly to this new and complicated situation, and since March 10th we have not seen each other in person (except in video calls).
