Having the most complete platform on the market, with the possibility of controlling and comparing consumption and invoices in maximum detail, being a basic tool to reduce the energy consumption of our home.

Due to its nature, the platform is capable of acquiring data from DHW, cold water, electricity, and energy meters. Also from cost allocators, probes, and energy meters in general.

According to protocols, we integrate MBus, Wireless MBus/OMS, ModBus, and KNX devices, among others.

The universality of our equipment allows us to offer the best solution currently available on the market.

There are two reading options:

• Walk-By, which is on-site reading, with a longer reading ratio (usually monthly or bimonthly)
• AMR, fixed reading station, in which the data is collected daily

Both options are 100% valid, a lower initial outlay is required in the first one, but in the long run the second one is always more economical and complete.

Depending on the type of installation, maintenance, and customer needs, you can choose either of the two options.

In the case of Walk-By, our platform is prepared to receive the import of data from our Walk-By equipment, or from the equipment of the manufacturers that we have integrated into the platform. This import can be done remotely or locally.

In AMR installations, readings are automatically collected and uploaded to the platform, which eliminates the concept of “performing the reading” as a manual and costly procedure.

From the platform we can make the following receipts:

• Heating (with energy meters or cost allocators)
• DHW
• Cold water
• Electricity

We do not want you to have ties, or to pay large registration fees or usurious contracts for many years.

We only require a minimum of 24 months, which is the period in which we believe there is a return on investment on our part and the client can assess the use of Gestio Home.
