This is a luxury housing development located in the municipality of Pozuelo de Alarcón. Equipped with large green areas, the houses feature modern architecture and advanced home automation and security systems. In recent years, it has become the preferred area for many celebrities to establish their residence.

Consumption management is carried out with our Gestio Home platform, which obtains data through the MBus protocol of 144 homes in which we monitor 651 meters of various supplies.

The readings are collected automatically from 9 substations, in each of which C400 Gateways have been installed that connect with existing reading devices, and on which an integration was carried out.

With this, we managed to reduce implementation costs and installation time.

It is one of the facilities in which the client requires more information.

Beyond the consumption of the magnitudes, up to twelve different measurements from each home (supply temperatures, return, instantaneous volume, instantaneous flow, etc.)
