Monitoring of air conditioning consumption (Cooling/heating)

The entire air conditioning system has been renovated, providing air conditioning and heating, domestic hot water, and sanitary cold water to all market stalls, as well as common areas, changing rooms, and workshops.

Likewise, in a marketing strategy tailored to the latest trends, a leisure and gastronomic space has been created with several venues offering gourmet experiences.

In this installation, we had to acquire data from more than 200 meters using the MBus and Modbus protocols. On the other hand, we had to communicate as master-slave with the control system installed in the building.

At the software level, our Gestio Home platform offers full functionality, but with an added billing module developed entirely under the needs of the Merchants Association.

This module provides an ad-hoc functionality that not only allows billing consumption by stalls/islands but also distributes consumption from common areas and changing rooms in both cold and hot seasons (even overlapping both seasons).
