This is the largest student residence in Spain in terms of total capacity, with 1,127 places. This residence is also considered one of the largest in surface area, with more than 29,000 square meters. Located in the El Porvenir neighborhood, just a few minutes from the various university campuses of the capital.

In this case, and through one of the most used protocols for industrial monitoring such as LoRa, more than 1400 water meters are monitored.
This LoRa installation joins many others with which we monitor more than 20,000 meters and in which, through Gestio Home, our consumption platform can have daily statistics, reports, alarms, user access through web/app, etc.
