Remote commissioning of MBus installation in Granada

Advanced remote monitoring and troubleshooting with MBus technology.

In this case, we carried out important remote work on a 70V installation in Granada, in which ACS meters connected by pulses to the energy meters had to be read via MBus.

In the installation, we had our Series 400 multiprotocol concentrator, with which we were able to interrogate the installed meters via the bus. Together with our reference client in Granada, Castillo Confort, we were able to identify an incident in the installation’s wiring that was affecting the reading of the ACS meters. Having to reprogram all the ACS meters in the building.
