This community of owners was looking for a free solution to monitor their installation without having to be forced to remain with it for a certain time. Together with an important maintenance company in Vitoria, we managed to set up an important radio network in which, through Wireless M-Bus remotely and without having to go to the property, in a property of more than 200 homes divided into 8 blocks, we collect daily about 2,000 magnitudes between heat, with cost distributors and smart meters to measure DHW, with a success rate of 100% of the meters read.

Giving visibility to the owners through the Gestio Home APP so that they could see the readings daily through multiple dynamic graphs, establish alarms to be able to govern their consumption, as well as access the history of their receipts, together with all the functionality of this powerful energy consumption platform in buildings, was what made it different from the rest and trust Usanca Metering.
